General settings, appearance and legal pages

What is in Platform settings?#

The Admin › Settings page (titled Platform settings — Cài đặt nền tảng) gathers every configuration that applies to the whole SaaS and all customers. The left menu column has three groups: Platform (General, Appearance, Payments, Legal, Email templates), Integrations (Connections, AI Provider) and Operations (Backup). This article covers the General, Appearance and Legal tabs; the other tabs have their own articles in the Administration group.

1. General tab: branding and logos#

   Choose General (Chung) under Platform. Account name (Tên tài khoản) is your own display name in the account menu, activity history and notification emails; it cannot be empty.

   Time zone (Múi giờ) is used to display times for leads, statistics reports and publishing schedules, e.g. (GMT+07:00) Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City.

   Logo (expanded mode) appears at the top of the navigation bar when expanded; recommended 360×96px, PNG or SVG with a transparent background, up to 2MB. Click Upload (Tải lên) to pick a file, Replace image (Thay ảnh) to change it, Remove logo (Gỡ logo) to go back to the LDPage logo.

   Logo (collapsed mode) appears when the navigation bar is collapsed and is also used as the browser-tab favicon; recommended 128×128px, up to 2MB.

   Social sharing image (Ảnh chia sẻ mạng xã hội) appears when a link is pasted into Facebook, Zalo, X… and is the default image for customer pages without their own sharing image; recommended 1200×630px, PNG/JPG/WebP, up to 2MB.

   Language (Ngôn ngữ) — Tiếng Việt or English — is the default language of the website and AI-generated content.

2. Homepage, website information and contacts#

   Homepage (Trang giới thiệu): turn on Enable homepage (Bật trang giới thiệu) so signed-out visitors to the root address / see the service introduction page. When off, / and /welcome redirect straight to /login (takes effect after about 15 seconds).

   The Website information group (Thông tin website) is the default for SEO, the footer and AI-generated content: Website name, Tagline, Main URL (used for the canonical URL and social sharing) and Description (meta description, up to 500 characters).

   The Contact information group (Thông tin liên hệ) is shown in the footer and contact form: Contact email, Phone number, Address, plus Social media fields (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).

   At the bottom, the System group shows media storage usage and the running LDPage version.

   When something changes, a floating bar You have unsaved changes (Bạn có thay đổi chưa lưu.) appears at the bottom. Click Save changes (Lưu thay đổi) to save or Discard changes (Huỷ thay đổi) to revert.

3. Appearance tab: colours, font and corner radius#

   Choose Appearance (Giao diện) under Platform (titled Website appearance — Giao diện website).

   Primary colour (Màu chủ đạo): pick a suggested swatch (the default is Teal) or click Custom (Tuỳ chỉnh) to enter a colour code. It colours buttons, links and highlights; the dark-mode shade is calculated automatically.

   Sidebar colour (Màu thanh bên): background of the main menu in the customer area, with suggested colours (default Dark green, plus a Light option) and Custom. The small panel below previews the menu.

   Font (Font chữ): choose from the list (default Be Vietnam Pro); the sample line below contains full Vietnamese diacritics to check rendering.

   Default display mode (Chế độ hiển thị mặc định): Light, Dark or Follow device. It only applies to people who have not chosen light/dark themselves; everyone can still switch with the theme toggle.

   Corner radius (Bo góc): Square, Small, Medium (default) or Large. The Preview section at the bottom shows a sample interface in both Light mode and Dark mode.

   Click Save changes (Lưu thay đổi) to apply.

4. Legal tab: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy#

   Choose Legal (Pháp lý) under Platform. These two pages are shown publicly at /terms and /privacy.

   Pick the Terms of Service (Điều khoản dịch vụ) or Privacy Policy (Chính sách bảo mật) tab. If the editor is left empty, the platform uses default content generated from the website information.

   To start from the default content, click Copy default content to edit (Chép nội dung mặc định để sửa) at the bottom right of the editor, then edit.

   Content uses simplified Markdown: # Heading, ## Section, - list, **bold**, [text](url).

   Click Preview (Xem trước) to see the rendered page (click Edit — Soạn thảo — to go back), or View public page (Xem trang công khai) to open the live page in a new tab.

   Click Save both pages (Lưu cả hai trang) to save the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy together. The note under the editor shows when they were last saved.

Notes#

   A logo or sharing image over 2MB or in the wrong format triggers an image upload error; compress or convert it and upload again.

2. 2

   The favicon comes from Logo (collapsed mode); browsers may cache the old favicon, so reload the page or open a private window to check.

   Turning off the homepage takes about 15 seconds to take effect.

   If saving fails, the message appears in the floating bar at the bottom; fix the field mentioned and click Save changes again.
