Plans and payments

What is the Plans page for?#

Your plan decides how many pages, workspaces, custom domains, AI runs, AI credits and storage you get, plus features such as removing branding, custom code or webhooks. The Plans page (Gói dịch vụ) shows your current plan, usage and order history; the Choose a plan page (Chọn gói phù hợp) is where you buy, renew or change plans.

Open it by clicking the plan card at the bottom of the left sidebar (click Upgrade (Nâng cấp) to go straight to pricing). Plan names, prices and limits are configured by the system administrator; figures in the screenshots come from the test environment.

   The Current plan (Gói đang dùng) block shows the plan name, validity (Valid until … with days left, or No time limit) and price. With 7 days or fewer left, a Renew now (Gia hạn ngay) link appears.

   Six limit tiles: Pages, Workspaces, Custom domains, AI page generations (this month), AI credits (this month) and Storage, each showing used / limit (or Unlimited).

   Order history (Lịch sử đơn hàng) lists Order code, Plan, Amount, Status and Created date. Pending orders have Pay and Cancel buttons; others have Details.

   Click Change plan / Renew (Đổi gói / Gia hạn) at the top right to go to pricing.

2. Choose a plan or start a trial#

   On Choose a plan, pick Monthly (Theo tháng) or Yearly (Theo năm); the % badge next to Yearly is the maximum saving. In yearly view, plan cards also show the equivalent ≈ …/month price.

   Each plan card lists the main limits. Most popular (Phổ biến nhất) marks the featured plan; Current plan (Gói hiện tại) marks the plan you use.

   Card buttons: Choose plan (Chọn gói — paid plans, opens the Buy dialog), Use this plan (Dùng gói này — 0đ plans), Current plan (in use), Not sold yearly / Yearly only (plan lacks the selected cycle).

   If your current plan has an end date, you also see Renew for 1 more month or Renew for 1 more year.

   Plans with a trial show Free trial for N days (Dùng thử miễn phí N ngày). Each account can trial only once, without payment; when the trial ends the account returns to the free plan. This option is hidden while you are on an active paid plan.

3. Pay in the Buy plan dialog#

   Click Choose plan on a paid plan. The Buy plan <name> dialog (or Renew plan …) shows the selected cycle.

   The quote lists Plan price (Giá gói), any deductions (Coupon …, Old plan credit (Quy đổi gói cũ)) and the Pay (Thanh toán) line with the final amount. The note below says whether time is added to the end of the current period (renewal) or the new plan starts immediately (change).

   If you have a coupon, enter it in Coupon code (Mã giảm giá) and click Apply (Áp dụng); a valid code shows Applied … and the price is recalculated.

   Payment method (Phương thức thanh toán) only appears when the administrator enables both: Payment gateway (Cổng thanh toán — bank QR, activates automatically) and Bank transfer (Chuyển khoản — VietQR). If only one is enabled, the dialog uses it directly.

   Click Pay <amount> to create the order. If the amount after credit is 0đ, the button reads Activate now (Kích hoạt ngay) and the plan is activated immediately.

4. Complete the order#

   After creating the order you are taken to the order page (showing plan, cycle and creation time).

   Bank transfer: scan the VietQR code with any banking app (amount and description prefilled), or copy each line — Bank, Account number, Account holder, Amount, Transfer description (Nội dung CK) — with its copy button.

   Use the exact Transfer description — it is the order code the system matches on. If the administrator enabled automatic reconciliation, the plan activates a few seconds after the money arrives; otherwise it activates after an administrator confirms receipt.

   Payment gateway: click Pay … via PayOS to open the gateway's payment page.

   The order page refreshes itself. When done it shows Payment successful! (Thanh toán thành công!) with View your plan and Print receipt (In biên nhận) buttons.

   The line “Waiting for payment — expires …” shows the order deadline (48 hours by default; the administrator can change it). Once an order expires or is cancelled, its transfer code is no longer valid.

5. Renew, change plans and downgrade to free#

   Plans do not auto-renew and nothing is charged automatically. You receive reminder emails 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry; renew in time to avoid interruption.

   Renewing the same plan: the new time is added to the end of the current period.

   Switching to another plan while a paid plan is active: the new plan starts as soon as you pay. The remaining paid time of the old plan is converted into credit deducted from the new order (Old plan credit line); if the credit exceeds the new plan's price, the excess becomes extra days.

   Downgrading to the free plan while a paid plan is active: choose Use this plan and confirm Schedule change (Hẹn chuyển gói). You keep the time you paid for and switch at the end of the period. The Plans page shows the schedule with a Cancel scheduled change button.

   If a plan expires without renewal, the account automatically returns to the system's default plan.

6. Limits, AI credits and the grace period#

   Limits are counted across all workspaces you own. When you hit a limit, creating new items (pages, workspaces, domains, uploads, publishing…) is blocked with an invitation to upgrade.

   AI credits measure AI usage: 1 credit is roughly 1,000 processed tokens, and every AI feature (chat, rewrite, SEO, page generation…) uses credits. AI credits and AI page generations are counted per calendar month and reset at the start of each month.

   If the account is over its limits (usually after downgrading or expiry), the Plans page shows a warning with a deadline. This is the grace period (3 days by default; the administrator can change it) for you to upgrade or remove items.

   After the grace period, the excess is suspended, not deleted: published pages over the limit are unpublished, domains over the limit become Suspended, workspaces over the limit become read-only, and members over the limit temporarily lose access.

   Once you renew or upgrade, the system automatically restores resources within the new limits a few minutes later.

Troubleshooting#

   Transferred but the plan is not active: check the amount and Transfer description; if the system waits for administrator confirmation, wait or open a support request on the Billing topic with the order code.

2. 2

   Coupon rejected: the code may be used up, expired, not valid for this plan/cycle or only for first purchases. Too many wrong codes within an hour temporarily locks coupon attempts.

3. 3

   No Free trial option: the account already used a trial, is on an active paid plan, or the plan has no trial.

4. 4

   Need a receipt: open Details of a paid order in Order history and click Print receipt.
