Refer friends and request support
Share your referral link to earn commission when friends buy a plan, track your balance and payout account; create, discuss and close support requests with the operations team.
What are Referrals and Support for?#
Both items are in the Utilities (Tiện ích) group of the left sidebar. Refer friends (Giới thiệu bạn bè) gives you a personal link and code; when someone you referred signs up and pays for a plan, you earn commission under the programme's conditions. Support (Hỗ trợ) is where you send questions or bug reports to the system's operations team and continue the conversation inside each request.
1. Check the referral programme status#
- 1
Click Refer friends in the left sidebar.
- 2
If the administrator has not opened the programme (and you never had commission), the page only says the referral programme is not open yet and to come back later, with a Contact support (Liên hệ hỗ trợ) button.
- 3
If the programme is paused, the top of the page says no new commission is generated but pending amounts will still be paid; you can still see your balance and history.
- 4
When the programme is open, the page shows your referral link, commission rate, three steps, conditions, balance and commission history as described below.
3. Track your balance and receive commission#
- 1
Four tiles: Signed up (Đã đăng ký — people who registered via your link), On hold (Đang giữ — commission still in the period when the customer can request a refund), Awaiting payout (Chờ chi trả — past the hold, ready to pay) and Received (Đã nhận).
- 2
The line under Awaiting payout tells you whether the payout threshold is reached or how much is still missing.
- 3
Commission payout account (Tài khoản nhận hoa hồng): click Add account (or Change account), fill in Bank, Account number, Account holder and Current password (confirmation), then click Save.
- 4
The account holder name should match your name. Every change of payout account is logged and checked further at the next payout.
- 5
The Commission history table has Time, Order (order value × rate), Commission and Status columns; on-hold items show the date they become payable, cancelled items show the reason.
4. Create a support request#
- 1
Click Support in the left sidebar. Before sending, try the three self-help shortcuts: Help center (opens a new tab), Domains & SSL (the Domains page with DNS instructions) and Plans & billing (the Plans page).
- 2
Click Create new request (Tạo yêu cầu mới) if the form is not open. Choose a Topic (Chủ đề): Technical (Kỹ thuật), Billing (Thanh toán), Domain (Tên miền) or Other (Khác).
- 3
Title (Tiêu đề): at least 5 and at most 200 characters (e.g. “Domain not getting SSL”).
- 4
Content (Nội dung): at least 10 and at most 10,000 characters. Describe which page, what action and the exact error message; never paste passwords or API keys.
- 5
Click Send request (Gửi yêu cầu) — it only activates when title and content are long enough. You are taken to the request page to attach images and continue the conversation.
5. Follow up and reply inside a request#
- 1
My requests can be filtered by Open (Đang mở), Closed (Đã đóng) and All (Tất cả). Each request shows its topic, message count and status Waiting for support (Chờ hỗ trợ), Answered (Đã trả lời) or Closed; newly answered requests are highlighted.
- 2
You also get an email when the team replies. Click a request to open the conversation; your messages are labelled You (Bạn), replies are labelled Support team (Đội ngũ hỗ trợ).
- 3
Type in the Reply… box and click Send reply (Gửi phản hồi). To send a screenshot, paste it straight into the box or click Attach image (Đính kèm ảnh).
- 4
Attachments: PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 5MB each and up to 4 images per message. Each request also has a total image limit; the “N images left for this request” line shows what remains.
6. Close, reopen requests and notes#
- 1
When the issue is solved, click Close request (Đóng yêu cầu) on the request page and confirm.
- 2
A closed request can still receive your messages for 30 days (default) after closing; sending a message reopens it automatically. After that, the page says you can no longer reply and offers Create new request.
- 3
The number of open requests and of requests created per 24 hours is limited by the administrator (by default 10 open requests and 20 requests per 24 hours). Group related questions into one request and close finished ones.
- 4
If sending a request fails, read the error message that pops up for the reason (usually a limit reached or content too short) and try again.
