Creating pages with AI

Go through the 5 wizard steps so AI builds a complete Landing Page or Homepage: enter a brief, choose branding, approve the section structure, pick a visual style and create the page.

How does the AI page wizard work?#

The wizard guides you through 5 steps: Info, Brand, Structure, Design and Finish. AI does not build the page straight away: first it proposes a section list for you to approve, then it proposes 3 visual directions for you to choose from, and only then builds the design and content exactly as approved. The finished page is a Draft and opens in the editor so you can adjust it before publishing.

You need permission to create pages in the workspace (owner or Editor member), and the system administrator must have configured an AI provider. Every AI structure proposal, design proposal and page build deducts AI credits by token usage; creating the page also counts one AI page generation and one page against the plan limit.

1. Open the wizard#

  1. 1

Open the wizard from: the Create new page button on Overview or Landing Pages › Pages; the Landing Page/Homepage shortcuts on Overview; the Create new menu › Landing Page with AI or Homepage with AI; or the command palette Ctrl/⌘ + K.

  2. 2

Each time, LDPage creates a new wizard draft. The top bar shows the breadcrumb Create page / Landing Page (or Homepage), the Draft saved (Đã lưu bản nháp) status, the interface language switch, the light/dark toggle and the ✕ button to close the wizard.

  3. 3

The left column Page setup (Thiết lập trang) lists the 5 steps. Completed steps show a check mark; click an earlier step to go back and edit. The bottom right shows Step x/5 and the next button; when the button is locked, the text beside it says what is missing.

  4. 4

Every change is saved automatically after about half a second (Saving… turns into Draft saved). Reloading or reopening the same wizard URL keeps what you entered.

2. Step 1 — Info#

  1. 1

The screen is titled “Tell us about the website you want to create” (Kể về website bạn muốn tạo). Choose Page type: Homepage (overview home page) or Landing Page (conversion-focused page).

  2. 2

Enter Brand name * (Tên thương hiệu) and Industry (Ngành nghề).

  3. 3

Enter Idea description * (Mô tả ý tưởng, up to 1000 characters): what the product/service is and which main content the page needs.

  4. 4

Enter Target customers, choose Conversion goal (Collect leads / consultation sign-up, Event / webinar registration, Product / service introduction, Document download, Coming soon / waitlist) and type the Desired CTA (the call-to-action button text).

Figure 1. Step 1 — Info with the sample brief: Landing Page selected, Brand name “Trà Thảo Mộc An Nhiên”, Industry “Thực phẩm & đồ uống”, Idea description at 148/1000 characters, Target customers, Conversion goal “Thu lead / đăng ký tư vấn” and Desired CTA “Đặt hộp quà ngay”. The “Tips for a good brief” panel is on the right; the Continue button is at the bottom right. Vietnamese UI.
  1. 1

Scroll down to add: Key benefits (one per line), Offer (if any), Tone of voice (Professional, Friendly, Creative) and Language of the page content (Tiếng Việt or English).

  2. 2

Reference material (optional, up to 4000 characters): paste existing content such as a company introduction or articles. AI treats it as reference data, not as instructions.

  3. 3

Click Continue (Tiếp tục). It only unlocks once Brand name and Idea description are filled in.

Figure 2. Lower part of step 1: Key benefits and Offer (if any) left empty, Tone set to Professional (Chuyên nghiệp), Language Tiếng Việt, and the Reference material (optional) box at the bottom. The top bar shows Draft saved. Vietnamese UI.

3. Step 2 — Brand#

  1. 1

Choose Let AI suggest (Để AI đề xuất) if you want AI to design colours and fonts for your brand and industry.

  2. 2

If the workspace already has Brand Kits (created under Landing Pages › Brand), they appear as options with their main colour and font pair; pick one to keep colours and fonts consistent across pages.

  3. 3

Fill in USP / differentiator and Service area if available to make the copy more specific.

  4. 4

    Click Continue.

Figure 3. Step 2 — Your brand: Let AI suggest is selected; the line “No Brand Kit yet — create one under Brand…” appears because the test workspace had no Brand Kit at capture time; USP / differentiator and Service area are empty. Back is at the bottom left, Continue at the bottom right. Vietnamese UI.

4. Step 3 — Structure#

  1. 1

Click Suggest page structure (Đề xuất cấu trúc trang). AI analyses the brief and returns the Main message, Main CTA and a section list; each section has a number, title, section type and purpose.

  2. 2

Hover a section to reveal three buttons: ↑ Move up, ↓ Move down and ✕ Delete section. Reorder or drop sections you do not need.

  3. 3

Not happy? Click ↻ Suggest everything again (Đề xuất lại toàn bộ) at the end of the list (this also uses credits).

  4. 4

Click Approve structure (Duyệt cấu trúc). It only unlocks when at least one section exists. AI will not change the structure you approved.

Figure 4. Step 3 — Page structure: the Main message box and Main CTA “Đặt hộp quà ngay”, the 8 SECTIONS label; section 01 (Hero) is hovered so the ↑, ↓, ✕ buttons show on the right (↑ is dimmed because it is already first). Sections 06–08 are further down and need scrolling. Approve structure is at the bottom right. AI-suggested content for the sample brief. Vietnamese UI.

5. Step 4 — Design#

  1. 1

Click Suggest design options (Đề xuất phương án giao diện). AI designs 3 options, each with a name, description and small preview; the first one is preselected.

  2. 2

Click an option card to select it. Below, the selected option's details appear: Colour palette (hex codes), Typography (Heading and Body fonts) and Layout (Airy, Balanced or Compact).

  3. 3

The right column Page structure recaps the approved sections.

  4. 4

To see other options click ↻ Suggest other options (uses credits). Click Continue once selected.

Figure 5. Step 4 — Choose a design direction: three options Tinh Khôi Tối Giản (selected, green border), Trang Trọng Cao Cấp and Ấm Áp An Nhiên; the panel below shows the Colour palette with 5 hex codes, Typography Manrope/Inter and Layout “Airy — plenty of white space”; the right column lists the 8 approved sections. AI-suggested options for the sample brief. Vietnamese UI.

6. Step 5 — Finish and create the page#

  1. 1

The Review and create page screen prefills Page name * as “Brand — Landing” (or “— Trang chủ”); edit it if needed. This is the page name in the My pages list.

  2. 2

The summary lists Page type, Brand, Structure (number of approved sections), Style (option name and font) and Main CTA. Click Edit (Sửa) on a row to jump back to that step.

  3. 3

    Click Create page (Tạo trang).

Figure 6. Step 5 — Review and create page: Page name “Trà Thảo Mộc An Nhiên — Landing”; summary rows Landing Page, Trà Thảo Mộc An Nhiên, 8 approved sections, Tinh Khôi Tối Giản · Manrope, sans-serif and CTA Đặt hộp quà ngay, each with an Edit button; a note about the staged process. Create page is at the bottom right. Vietnamese UI.
  1. 1

The progress screen shows a percentage bar and 6 stages: Analysing requirements, Building structure, Designing the interface, Finishing content, Quality check, Preparing preview. A Live preview is on the right.

  2. 2

While running you can click ■ Stop creating. If there is an error or you stopped it, click ↻ Try again. Back to page list returns you to Landing Pages › Pages; you can come back to the progress screen at any time.

  3. 3

When “Done!” appears, LDPage opens the editor automatically. The new page is a Draft; check the content, images and forms before publishing.

Tips for writing a brief#

  1. 1

Be specific about the product/service: name, packaging, number of options (e.g. 3 flavours), what sets it apart.

  2. 2

Define a concrete target audience: age, occupation, need (e.g. buying gifts for partners and family).

  3. 3

State the main goal of the page and a short, action-oriented CTA: Order a gift box now, Book a consultation.

  4. 4

List the must-have content in the Idea description: price table, order form, FAQ, delivery policy.

  5. 5

Use Key benefits and Offer to provide real figures and promotions. AI does not invent figures; missing information may be marked as needing to be filled in on the page.

  6. 6

Paste content you like or company materials into Reference material so AI understands the style you want.

Troubleshooting#

  1. 1

“AI provider not configured” or an AI connection error: the system administrator must set it up under Admin › Settings › AI Provider and click Test connection. Regular users cannot fix this themselves; contact your administrator.

  2. 2

Continue is locked in step 1: Brand name or Idea description is missing.

  3. 3

Approve structure is locked: you have not clicked Suggest page structure, or you deleted every section.

  4. 4

Out of AI credits or AI page generations: check the plan card at the bottom of the sidebar (Pages, AI credits) and upgrade or wait for the next cycle.

  5. 5

Creation fails midway: read the red message in the progress card and click ↻ Try again; if it keeps failing, check the AI provider configuration.

  6. 6

Closed the wizard by mistake: the draft was saved automatically; reopen the same wizard URL (browser history) to continue. Opening the wizard again from Create new page starts a blank draft.
