Managing pages

Find, filter and organise pages in a workspace; duplicate, export, rename, tag, unpublish or archive pages; create new pages and import pages from .ldpage.json files.

What is the My pages screen for?#

My pages (Trang của tôi) gathers every Landing Page and Homepage in the current workspace. From here you open the editor, view pages, duplicate them, move pages to another workspace or system through export files, organise pages with tags and start new pages with AI or from the template library.

The workspace owner and Editor members can use every function in this article. View-only members can only view pages. Duplicating, importing and creating pages count toward the plan's page limit; creating pages with AI uses AI credits.

1. Open the list and find pages#

  1. 1

In the sidebar, click Landing Pages › Pages (Trang). The screen title is My pages; at the top right are three buttons: Import page (Nhập trang), Quick create with AI (Tạo nhanh bằng AI) and Create new page (Tạo trang mới).

  2. 2

Pick a tab: All (with the total count), Homepage, Landing Page or Archived (Đã lưu trữ).

  3. 3

Type in Search by page name… to filter by name.

  4. 4

Open the Status (Trạng thái) selector to filter Draft, Generating, Published or Unpublished (hidden in the Archived tab).

  5. 5

The two buttons at the right of the filter row switch between Grid view (cards with cover images) and List view (a table with Page, Type, Status, Updated columns). For long lists, click Show more pages at the bottom.

  6. 6

Click a cover image or page name to open the editor.

A dashed Create new page tile leads the grid; each card shows the type badge, name, path, status, last edit time and a “…” button. The middle column has Filter by tags (no tags yet). 2. What the statuses mean#

  1. 1

Draft (Bản nháp): created but not published; visitors cannot access it. Pages finished by AI also start here.

  2. 2

Generating with AI (Đang tạo bằng AI): AI is building the page content.

  3. 3

Generation failed (Tạo thất bại): the AI generation run hit an error.

  4. 4

Published (Đã xuất bản): the page is publicly live on its default URL or a custom domain.

  5. 5

Unpublished (Ngừng xuất bản): the page was published before but has been taken offline; content remains for editing and republishing.

  6. 6

Archived (Đã lưu trữ): hidden from the main list, visible only in the Archived tab and no longer publicly accessible.

  7. 7

Removed for violation (Bị gỡ do vi phạm, red badge): a system administrator took the page down; hover the badge to see the reason and contact support if you need a review.

3. Page actions (the “…” menu)#

Click the “…” button on a card (grid view) or at the end of a row (list view) to open the action menu:

  1. 1

Edit (Chỉnh sửa): open the page in the drag-and-drop editor.

  2. 2

View page (Xem trang): opens a new tab. Published pages open their public URL (<SITE_ROOT_DOMAIN>/p/<slug>, a subdomain or a custom domain); unpublished pages open a preview.

  3. 3

Duplicate (Nhân bản): creates a new draft page with “(bản sao)” appended to the name and the same content.

  4. 4

Export file (Xuất tệp): downloads a .ldpage.json file containing the page content and images. Pages with many images may take a few seconds to package.

  5. 5

Rename (Đổi tên): enter a new name in the Rename page dialog.

  6. 6

Add tags (Gắn tag): see section 4.

  7. 7

Unpublish (Ngừng xuất bản): only shown for Published pages; takes the page offline immediately.

  8. 8

Archive (Lưu trữ, red text): confirm in the “Archive this page?” dialog; the page leaves the main list and moves to the Archived tab.

Figure 2. List view with Page, Type, Status, Updated columns; the “…” menu of the draft page “Mộc An — bản của tôi” is open showing Edit, View page, Duplicate, Export file, Rename, Add tags and Archive (red, below the divider). Unpublish is absent because the page is not published. Sample data. Vietnamese UI.

4. Tag pages and filter by tag#

  1. 1

In the “…” menu, choose Add tags. Enter tags separated by commas, e.g. khuyến mãi, mùa hè. Up to 10 tags per page, 50 characters per tag; leave empty to remove all tags.

  2. 2

Filter by tags (Lọc theo tags) in the Landing Pages navigation column lists tags with page counts. Click a tag to show only pages with it; use Search tag when there are many.

  3. 3

The active tag appears as a chip next to the Status selector; click ✕ on the chip or choose All under Filter by tags to clear it.

5. Create a new page#

  1. 1

Create new page (green button or the dashed tile at the start of the grid): opens the AI Landing Page wizard.

  2. 2

Create new (Tạo mới) menu in the top bar (click the arrow next to the button): Landing Page with AI (optimised for one conversion goal), Homepage with AI (brand website) or From template library (start from a ready-made design).

Figure 3. The Create new menu opened from the green top-bar button: Landing Page with AI, Homepage with AI and From template library, each with a short description. Vietnamese UI.
  1. 1

Quick create with AI: the dialog lets you describe the page in a short paragraph (10 to 2000 characters), or click an item under Try an example.

  2. 2

Choose Page type: Let AI choose, Landing Page or Homepage; choose the Page content language; optionally expand Brand name (optional) to set it, or leave it blank for AI to name it from your description.

  3. 3

Click Create page now (or ⌘/Ctrl + Enter). It usually takes 30–60 seconds with a live preview, then the editor opens automatically. Click Cancel to stop, or Try again if AI reports an error.

Quick create suits a fast trial page. When you want control over brand information, section structure and visual style, use the Create new page wizard (see the article Creating pages with AI).

6. Import pages from .ldpage.json files#

  1. 1

Click Import page. Drag files into the box or click to choose; several files can be selected at once. Only .ldpage.json files exported with LDPage's Export file action are accepted, up to 150MB each.

  2. 2

Each file shows the page name (editable before import), page type and image count. Click Import page (or Import N pages for several files).

  3. 3

Each file creates a new draft page; images are added to the current workspace's library. When done, click Open page to go to the editor or Done to close.

If the dialog says the file was exported from a newer LDPage version, update the destination system. If some images failed to upload, the page is still created without them; check and replace them in the editor.

Notes#

  1. 1

A new page is missing: make sure you are in the right workspace, clear the Status/tag filters and the search box (Clear filters button when there are no results).

  2. 2

Duplicate or import reports a limit: the page count has reached the plan limit; archive some pages or upgrade.

  3. 3

To take a page offline but keep it in the list, use Unpublish instead of Archive.

  4. 4

Before deleting a workspace or moving to another server, use Export file to keep a copy of each page.
