Brand and asset library

Create a Brand Kit with colors, fonts, style and tone so AI builds consistent pages; upload, organize, edit and manage images shared by every page.

What are Brand and Assets for?#

Brand (Thương hiệu) stores Brand Kits: name, slogan, color palette, fonts, display style, tone of voice and contact details. AI uses the kit to design and write consistent content when creating new pages. Assets (Tài nguyên) is the image library shared by every page in the workspace, and it is also where the editor picks images when you insert one.

Both items are in the Assets (Tài sản) group of the second menu column under Landing Pages. Brand Kits and images belong to the selected workspace; switching workspace in the top bar shows a different set.

Required access: workspace owner or a member with edit rights; view-only members cannot save changes. Image storage is counted across all of the owner's workspaces against the plan's Storage (Bộ nhớ) limit, shown on the plan card at the bottom of the left sidebar.

1. Create your first Brand Kit#

  1. 1

Go to Landing Pages › Brand. When the workspace has no kit yet, the page shows the Create your first Brand Kit (Tạo Brand Kit đầu tiên) panel.

  2. 2

Click Create Brand Kit (Tạo Brand Kit). The kit is created immediately as “Brand Kit 1” with default colors and fonts, and becomes the default kit because it is the first one.

  3. 3

The edit form opens; rename it and fill in details in the next step, then click Save changes (Lưu thay đổi).

2. Fill in brand information and choose a palette#

  1. 1

Brand information card (Thông tin thương hiệu): enter Brand name (required to save), Slogan and Short description (up to 160 characters, counter at the bottom right).

  2. 2

Color palette card (Bảng màu): click a preset palette (Rừng thông, Đại dương, Hoàng hôn, Oải hương, Than chì, Rượu vang) to apply all 4 colors at once.

  3. 3

Fine-tune each color: Primary (Màu chủ đạo — buttons, links), Secondary background (Màu nền phụ — section backgrounds), Accent (Màu nhấn — badges, highlights), Neutral (Màu trung tính — secondary text, borders). Click a swatch to open the picker or type a hex code such as #047857.

  4. 4

A malformed code turns the box red with “Invalid color code”; the kit cannot be saved until fixed. If the primary color is very light, you are warned that white text on buttons may be hard to read.

  5. 5

The Brand preview (Xem trước thương hiệu) column on the right updates instantly with the name, slogan, colors and fonts so you can check before saving.

The toolbar shows the Unsaved (Chưa lưu) dot next to Save changes — captured before saving. Vietnamese UI.

3. Fonts, display style and tone of voice for AI#

  1. 1

Typography card (Kiểu chữ): choose the Heading (Tiêu đề) or Body (Nội dung) slot, then click one of 10 fonts (Inter, Be Vietnam Pro, Manrope, Space Grotesk, Playfair Display, Lora, Archivo, IBM Plex Sans, Nunito, Source Serif 4). Each font card is rendered in that font, with a short description below.

  2. 2

Display style card (Phong cách hiển thị): Corner radius (Bo góc: Vuông, Nhẹ, Vừa, Lớn, Tròn), Shadow (Đổ bóng: Không, Mềm mại, Nổi bật) and Content density (Mật độ nội dung: Gọn, Cân bằng, Thoáng) set the overall feel of buttons, cards and spacing.

  3. 3

Tone & words for AI card (Giọng điệu & từ ngữ cho AI): choose up to 3 tones from Tinh tế, Chuyên nghiệp, Gần gũi, Sáng tạo, Cao cấp, Trẻ trung; the (0/3) counter shows how many are selected.

  4. 4

Use (Nên dùng) and Avoid (Nên tránh) fields: type a word and press Enter or a comma to make a tag (up to 30 per field); click × on a tag to remove it. AI prefers or avoids these words when writing.

  5. 5

Contact information card (Thông tin liên hệ): Email, Phone, Website and Address are used in contact sections of AI-generated pages.

Figure 3. Kit “Trà Thảo Mộc An Nhiên” after saving, scrolled to Display style (Vừa radius, Mềm mại shadow, Cân bằng density selected) and Tone & words for AI (no tone selected, counter 0/3, Use/Avoid fields empty). The sticky toolbar still shows Save changes. Vietnamese UI.

4. Save, set default and use several Brand Kits#

  1. 1

Click Save changes or press ⌘S (Ctrl+S on Windows). The Unsaved dot disappears and the button briefly shows Saved (Đã lưu). Leaving the page with unsaved changes triggers a browser warning.

  2. 2

To add another kit (e.g. for another product line), click + Add (Thêm) next to the kit list. Click a kit name to switch; if the open kit has unsaved changes you are asked whether to discard them first.

  3. 3

The kit with a star is the default kit — AI uses it when creating new pages. Select another kit and click Set as default (Đặt làm mặc định) to change it.

  4. 4

Delete a kit with the trash icon in the toolbar; this cannot be undone.

  5. 5

When creating a page with AI, wizard step 2 Brand (Thương hiệu) lets you pick an existing Brand Kit or Let AI suggest (Để AI đề xuất — AI designs 3 color and font options for the industry).

5. Upload images and organize folders#

  1. 1

Go to Landing Pages › Assets (Tài nguyên). The subtitle shows the total number of files in the library.

  2. 2

Click Upload images (Tải ảnh lên) or drag and drop images onto the page. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, SVG, up to 10MB each; you can select several images and progress shows “Uploading x/y…”.

  3. 3

The folder column on the left has All images (Tất cả ảnh), Uncategorized (Chưa phân loại) and your own folders. Click + New folder (Thư mục mới), enter a name, then press Enter or click the tick button (Create folder).

  4. 4

While a folder is open, uploads go straight into it (the button changes to Upload to folder …). Drag an image onto a folder name to move it.

  5. 5

Hover a folder to rename or delete it. Deleting a folder does not delete its images; they move to Uncategorized.

6. Search, multi-select and view image details#

  1. 1

Search by file name… filters by name; the sort box offers Newest, Name A → Z and Largest size; the two buttons on the right switch between grid and list. Large libraries have a Load more images button at the bottom.

  2. 2

Hover an image for quick Copy URL, View details or Delete.

  3. 3

Tick the checkbox on an image to multi-select; while selecting, clicking an image toggles it and holding Shift selects a range. The action bar shows “N images selected” with Select all, Move to folder… and Delete; press Esc to clear.

  4. 4

Click an image to open its details: click the pencil next to the name to rename (Enter saves, Esc cancels); see Format, Size and Uploaded date; change Folder; copy the Public URL; click Download to save it to your computer.

7. Rotate, crop, delete images and storage notes#

  1. 1

In image details, click Rotate / Crop (Xoay / Cắt ảnh). Use Left 90° or Right 90° to rotate; click Crop then drag on the image to draw the crop area and drag the 4 corners to adjust. The output size is shown below; Reset discards all edits.

  2. 2

Save copy (Lưu bản sao) creates a new image named “<old name> (đã sửa)” and keeps the original.

  3. 3

Overwrite original (Ghi đè ảnh gốc) replaces the image content but keeps the same URL, so every page using it gets the new version. Only PNG, JPG and WebP can be overwritten; for GIF and SVG the result is saved as a PNG copy.

  4. 4

Deleting images (one or several selected) requires confirmation. Pages using a deleted image will show a placeholder, so replace the image on those pages first.

Every uploaded image, including edited copies, counts toward the plan's storage. When the limit is exceeded, uploads are blocked with a message that the plan's storage is full — upgrade the plan or delete unused files.
