Manage leads (Data Leads)
View and filter leads submitted through page forms, copy or export CSV, get emails for new leads and push leads automatically to a CRM or Google Sheets via webhook.
What is Data Leads for?#
Data Leads collects everything visitors leave through forms on your published pages: name, phone, email and any fields you design. Each form on a page becomes its own lead source; LDPage creates the lead form automatically when you publish a page containing a Form section, no extra setup needed.
From here you track new leads, filter by time, see traffic sources (UTM), copy or export CSV for follow-up, and set up email notifications or webhooks so leads flow into other systems automatically.
1. Open Data Leads and read the figures#
- 1
Go to Landing Pages › Data Leads (Data (Dữ liệu) group in the second menu column).
- 2
Three stat cards: Total leads (Tổng lead, across all forms), Lead forms (Form thu lead, number of forms created automatically) and Latest lead (Lead mới nhất, time of the latest lead of the selected form).
- 3
The tab row below lists each form by page name with its lead count. Click a tab to switch forms; the row scrolls horizontally when there are many forms.
- 4
Click Edit form (Sửa form) at the end of the tab row to open the page containing the form in the editor when you need to add, remove or rename fields.
2. Filter, search and view lead details#
- 1
Choose All (Tất cả), 7 days or 30 days to filter leads of the selected form.
- 2
The table has a Time column (shown as “5 minutes ago”; hover to see the full time), one column per form field and a Source (Nguồn) column (the visit's utm_source, or Direct (Trực tiếp) when there is no UTM).
- 3
25 leads are shown at a time; click Load more (Tải thêm) at the bottom for older leads. The Search loaded leads… field only searches leads already in the table, so load more first if you need older ones.
- 4
Click a row to open the Lead details (Chi tiết lead) panel: see all fields, use Send email or Call for the email/phone, Copy buttons for each value, and the Traffic source (Nguồn truy cập) section listing UTM parameters and the referrer.
- 5
In the panel, ↑/↓ keys (or Previous/Next lead buttons) move between leads; the bottom has Copy lead info and Delete this lead.
3. Multi-select, copy, delete and export CSV#
- 1
Tick the checkbox at the start of a row, or the header checkbox to select all visible leads. The toolbar changes to “N leads selected”.
- 2
Copy: copies the selected leads as a table (Time, fields, Source) that you can paste straight into Excel or Google Sheets; the button shows Copied! when done.
- 3
Delete: the confirmation dialog asks “Delete N selected leads?”; click Delete permanently (Xoá vĩnh viễn) to remove them. The data cannot be recovered.
- 4
Export CSV (top right): exports all leads of the selected form to a file named lead-<date>.csv. The file is generated in the background and downloads automatically; if it takes long, you are told the export is running in the background and to try again in a few minutes.
4. Get notified about new leads#
- 1
The bell icon in the top bar shows a count of new notifications when leads arrive from forms on published pages. Click a notification to open that form in Data Leads.
- 2
Click Notifications & integrations (or Get notified about leads in the empty state) to open the settings dialog. Settings in this dialog apply to every form in the workspace.
- 3
New lead notification emails (Email nhận thông báo lead mới): enter an email (e.g. sales@congty.vn) and click Add (Thêm); you can add up to 10 emails and remove one with the trash icon.
- 4
When no email has been added, new leads are sent to the workspace owner's email, as the description line in the figure shows.
5. Connect a webhook (Zapier, Make, CRM)#
- 1
Webhooks are a plan feature. If your plan does not include them, the Webhook section shows an Upgrade plan invitation instead of the input.
- 2
Paste the receiving URL (must be https and a public address, not an internal network) and click Add webhook. Each workspace can have up to 5 webhooks.
- 3
Right after adding, a dialog shows the webhook signing secret (shown only once). Copy it so your server can verify signatures; it cannot be viewed again.
- 4
Each new lead is POSTed as JSON with event (lead.created), submissionId, pageId, data (the fields the visitor filled) and createdAt. The x-ldpage-signature header has the form sha256=<HMAC-SHA256 signature of the body, signed with the secret>.
- 5
Use the Enable (Bật) checkbox to pause/resume a webhook, and Send test (Gửi thử) to send a sample lead and see the HTTP code your server returns. The Last delivery line shows the most recent result.
6. Push leads to Google Sheets#
- 1
In the Notifications & integrations dialog, click View guide to push leads to Google Sheets.
- 2
Step 1: create a new Google Sheet → Extensions menu → Apps Script.
- 3
Step 2: paste the sample code (click Copy code to copy it all), replacing the existing content. The code writes a header row “Thời gian” + field names the first time, then adds one row per lead.
- 4
Step 3: click Deploy → New deployment → type Web app, access Anyone.
- 5
Step 4: copy the web app URL, paste it into the webhook field and click Add webhook, then click Send test and check the Sheet for the sample lead row.
Notes and troubleshooting#
- 1
Tracking codes (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel) set in Page settings automatically send a Lead event when a visitor submits a form successfully, helping measure ad performance.
- 2
No new leads showing: check that the latest published version of the page has the form, click the reload button next to Export CSV, and make sure the right form tab and the All range are selected.
- 3
Cannot find an old lead: search only filters loaded leads; click Load more and search again.
- 4
Webhook test fails: check the URL uses https, the receiving server is running and returns 2xx; for Google Sheets, check it is deployed as a Web app for Anyone.
- 5
Cannot add or enable a webhook: the current plan has no webhook feature — upgrade the plan.
